What This Limited Warranty Covers

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, KLEVV will, at its option and as permitted by law, repair the product, replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund of the purchase price.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Natural performance degradation or wear and tear associated with ordinary use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper operation.
• Accidental damage.
• Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair.
• Use of the product outside the environmental or operational specifications provided by KLEVV.
• Continuous high frequency write usage or other usage patterns that exceed normal consumer use.
• Use of the product in high risk or safety critical applications.

Notification of Limited Lifetime Warranty

Certain KLEVV products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, the term "Lifetime" refers to the period during which the product remains functional and serviceable under normal consumer use, taking into account product availability, component support, and technical feasibility, and consistent with the expected useful life of similar products within the industry. Please note that the precise definition and duration of "Lifetime" may vary depending on local laws and regulations in different countries or regions. Where applicable law provides additional warranty rights or minimum warranty periods, those rights and periods will apply.

1. In the event that the law of a certain country/region requires a defined maximum warranty period on products, KLEVV will, in such a country/region, with respect to the products, provide technical support and the warranty service to local consumers in accordance with such requirements.
2. In the event that the law of a certain country/region prohibits the exclusion of an implied warranty, then, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, KLEVV shall, in such a country/region, only be liable for the implied warranty on the products during KLEVV’s expressed warranty period.

Additional Limitations of Product Usage (Unintended application, etc.)

• Continuous Recording: This Limited Warranty does not apply to any KLEVV product used in continuous or consecutive recording devices, such as dashcams (black boxes), CCTV surveillance systems, or other high-frequency write environments.
• High-Risk & Specialized Applications: This Limited Warranty is void for any KLEVV product used in critical systems where failure could lead to personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. KLEVV shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from such unauthorized applications. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Transportation & Aerospace: Aircraft, aviation systems, traffic control equipment, or automotive applications.
  • Infrastructure & Defense: Military equipment, nuclear energy systems, combustion control systems, and disaster prevention systems.
  • Medical & Healthcare: Life-support systems or critical medical-related equipment (e.g. patient monitoring systems, surgical robotics, or high-risk diagnostic tools).
